As we are searching for someone to make the world a better place, we can easily get discouraged. It can become very frustrating, to say the least, as we observe the “leaders” around us standing for issues we believe are detrimental to the planet. We may feel helpless and believe that our world is doomed. However, this is never the case!
Right now, we can begin with ourselves and create the ripple effect of spreading the light to everyone and everything. Think of the qualities you’d wish to see in the leaders around you. For me, perfect leaders would be peace oriented, standing for the unity of all. They would be strong, yet compassionate. They would see through everyone’s eyes and treat every gender, race, nationality, and species with respect.
They would continually focus on the betterment for all. They would be loving, classy, and encourage others to help uplift the planet. They would allow everyone to express their opinions in a peaceful way. They would always strive to protect the environment and all living beings, including non-human animals. They would be kind, comforting, and willing to help those in need. They would speak up for what is right and make sure everyone felt safe and secure.
I choose to be this kind of leader. This is a call for all those who resonate with these ideals to become this type of leader, too! Will you join me in uplifting this beautiful planet and making the world a better place for us all? We can no longer wait for someone else to do it. The world is waiting for you.
