Some people ask me why they aren't receiving messages from their deceased loved ones. There could be a number of reasons for this.
The first is that when we are grieving, our energy is lower than usual - and rightfully so! However, we must then raise our vibration to be more on par with those in the celestial realm in order to connect with them. To do this, you may wish to go for a walk, sing, dance, pet your animals, hug a baby, or anything else that makes you happy.
If you are not receiving messages from your loved ones, ask them to give you "without a doubt" signs to let you know they are okay and are with you.
Ask them to come to you in a dream and to wake you up after the dream so that you will remember it.
Make sure to meditate and quiet your thoughts daily so that you are more able to hear those who are trying to contact you.
Throughout all of this, the most important thing to know is that they really are okay - and they just want you to be okay too!
