Prayer for Open Eyes and Open Hearts

Divine Source,

in a world that feels uncertain and divided,

we ask You to gently open our eyes to love and truth.

Please dissolve the fear, selfishness, and inner darkness

that cloud our judgment

and separate us from one another.

Grant us clarity and discernment—

the wisdom to recognize when words or actions,

from any place of influence,

lead us away from compassion, dignity, and unity.

Help us become aware of language that stirs fear,

normalizes harm,

or encourages us to turn against one another.

May we pause, reflect, and listen deeply—

not just to what is said,

but to the spirit in which it is spoken.

Remind us that true guidance aligns with kindness,

humility, and care for all people,

especially the vulnerable and forgotten.

Soften our hearts where they have hardened.

Strengthen our courage to choose love over fear,

awareness over blind following,

and compassion over indifference.

Thank You for the quiet awakening already unfolding

as hearts open, eyes clear,
